I thought I'd show you some of the flowers close up in my rectangular and circular gardens. I just love color and every day going out there made me smile. Here is some of the things I saw every day.

This is one of my favorite pictures from my gardens in New Brunswick, Canada...This is a butterfly that landed on my yellow pansies.

This is my columbine

This is my candy striped phlox that I planted and in amongst it was some dragons blood. Dragon's blood in the spring and summer is green and when fall hits it turns the color of blood. Bright red.

This is a picture of one of my favorite things that grew in my garden. It was given to me by my sister in law I believe and it just kept getting bigger each spring. It grew tall and bush like with beautiful purple blue flowers on it. The butterflies loved this too. Anyone know what this is?

This picture is a close up of some of the flowers that I planted in the circular gardens. They were mostly annuals and I opted to go with more yellows and reds for those plots.

The blue flowers look like perennial geraniums. The ones I have do not grow tall, but there are several varieties.

Sabine...you're right. It's just that. I looked it up after you said what you thought it was on this site and it looks just like it. http://www.shared-visions.com/explore/gardens/Geranium%20'Johnson's%20Blue'.htm Thank you so much as I just love how it grows and it did soooo well.
