Lets see, from moving away from Virginia (husband is Canadian military and worked at the Embassy in D.C.) We were posted to New Brunswick, Canada. We were very excited to have bought our very FIRST home together. It was amazing to me to think that this was ours and we could do as we wanted with it. First thing in my mind to do was gardening plans. I opted first to remove the white rocks that the previous owners had in the front and side flower beds. They didn't have much for plants and I was raring to go. With the help of my husband we dug out the white rocks, removed the creeping juniper that just looked like a flattened bush to me. LOL No real character to it and from the road you couldn't see it well. I know some of you might be cringing at the thought of removing it, but it wasn't me. Here's the before pictures of the white rock display from when we first bought the home.

The other side of the door with hubby and girls getting ready to take more of the white rocks away.
