Here's some more of the garden...it's comin' along.

I just love this time of year and don't spend much time inside since it has gotten nice out. Here's some more of what is going on in my gardens.

Taracotta

Here's a picture of my Rhodie (dwarf rhodie called Scarlet wonder) that I thought in early early spring was dead...it had multitude of dead dried up brown leaves and the buds didn't look like they were going to open at all...also brown in color. Then to my amazement...this is what is happening to it...It's ALIVE....LOL Yes, the leaves are gone on one side and it doesn't look "the best"...but it's still surviving. I only planted it last April and so I thought it was a goner.

Here's the beginnings of one of my favorite flowers to put in a garden. It's called "Johnsons blue" Geranium and it grows beautifully...it mounds up large and always has TONS of flowers on it. I only planted this this year and it's already doing great.

This was a little tiny patch of green when I planted it last year. A neighbor of mine was thinning her garden and gave me some..it has the nicest white flowers on it and the greenery is more silver then green. LOVE this.

Looks like I need to plant something in that corner of the garden...lookin' a bit bare. LOL I had "Creeping Jenny" there last year, but it really takes over the garden and so I ripped it out.

Here's a small patch of forget me nots that I took on a walk one morning...this was growing wild in a patch of field and I snagged it and put it in my garden..I know that it can be very intrusive too, so I need to watch that it doesn't take over my garden eventually. LOVE it though...one of my favorites.
