Well....I was tired of seeing the dark brown brittle leaves of the clematis...some are still green and so I thought I'm going to try and save them best I can. I uprooted them from the spot they were in (Full sun in the front) and planted them in the back where there is sun in the morning and shade for the afternoon. Lets hope that works. If not...I tried. LOL
